Common pre-login questions

Portal access is invitation-based. If your team has already been set up, you'll receive an invite email. Use that email to create your account on the portal page.
Use the "Claim access" option on the portal page with the exact email address your invite was sent to. If you're still having trouble, use the contact form and we'll help you get in.
Yes. Each team member gets their own login. Additional users need to be invited to the deployment — contact us to add team members to your project.
You'll find a command center dashboard, the map-based visual viewer, the 360 walkthrough interface, a report library, and a file vault — all scoped to your assigned deployments.
